Greeters and Ushers:
Greeters and ushers are the first face of the parish and should give a sense of belonging to people as they welcome them into the church for Mass. They also assist in distributing the bulletin and taking up the collections. They play a vital role in ensuring parishioners and visitors feel welcome at Annunciation Parish.

Lectors:
Lectors assit at Mass by proclaiming the Word of God clearly and understandably as well as deliver the announcements at the beginning of Mass.

Altar Servers:
This ministry provides members of the parish with a true opportunity to function as lay minister by reverently assisting the priest or deacon during Mass and at special liturgies throughout the year. Both youth and adults can serve as altar servers. Adult altar servers also assist at funeral liturgies during the week.

Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion serve by bringing communion to parishioners who reside in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or in their own homes and unable to get to church. They also assist the priest in distributing the Eucharist at Mass.

Sacristans
Sacristans assist, facilitate, and provide support and coordination for other liturgical ministries. In addition, they make the necessary preparations for liturgical activities.
